Kirche Erkelenz

A passage of light

The church of Immerath, just south of Mönchengladbach, stands out as the first church with passive house properties in Germany. Parallel to the building, a passage has been constructed that connects the chapel with meeting rooms and the sacristy. To keep the passage dry and pleasant, a VELUX longlight solution has been installed at almost its entire length, enabling daylight and fresh air to embrace the entire area.
