Modular concept

Modular Skylights are based on our proven modular concept. All components are prefabricated to ensure consistent quality, fast and easy installation, and a perfect fit every time. Every module design is tested for extreme weather and climate conditions.

Sub-construction requirements

In order to ensure a precise and easy installation process, the sub-construction will need to meet the demands that the new rooflight solution will place on the building. PLEASE NOTE: The sub-construction is not part of the modular system and will have to be constructed on site.

Due to building legislation, solutions containing venting modules must NOT be installed below 2.5 meter above floor level.
